stopped tumbling

My old and trust lortone barrel doesn't seem to want to turn anymore. The bar is still moving though. Any thoughts?

Hi Roberta! While I don't repair them...just use'em...a lot! :-) It sounds like your belt may need replacing. They can not only break, but sometimes just stretch which would not give the proper tension to rotate the barrel. Mama's Minerals in New Mexico has them along with Rio Grande or a supplier nearer to you.
Be sure to occasionally oil the moving parts of your tumbler to keep them in top working shape too.
